Our Practitioners
Alice Fallon
Clinic Owner & Senior Physiotherapist
Alice is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports injury management. Throughout her career, she has worked with elite athletes competing at the highest level, as well as with individuals navigating the everyday aches and pains that can quietly limit quality of life.
While her clinical expertise spans high-performance sport, Alice has always found the greatest satisfaction when helping people overcome routine, persistent complaints that interfere with work, family life, and daily movement. This philosophy — prioritising practical outcomes over performance metrics — led to the founding of Pembroke Physio, a clinic dedicated to exceptional physiotherapy for everyday life.
In addition to her physiotherapy qualifications, Alice is certified in Strength and Conditioning. She incorporates structured, progressive exercise programmes for each individual, with a focus on building strength, stability, and resilience.
