Órlaith Clancy
Registered Dietitian
Órlaith is a CORÚ-registered Dietitian with a special interest in male and female fertility, hormone health, performance/sports nutrition, healthy ageing and women's health nutrition.
With years of experience across a variety of settings such as hospitals, private practice, community care, corporate health and sports nutrition, her aim is to cut through the noise of modern nutrition messaging and empower clients with practical, compassionate, evidence-based guidance that supports lasting health and wellbeing.
Órlaith’s passion for fertility, hormone health, and performance stems from both professional expertise and her own lived experience. As a competitive long distance runner, she has personally navigated relative energy deficiency in sport (RED‑S) and PCOS/PMOS. She understands the challenges many clients face balancing health, nutrition and movement. This lived experience, combined with her clinical expertise, drives her commitment to providing clear, science-led guidance in her consultations so clients leave consultations feeling informed, supported, and confident in their next steps.
Whether you are seeking to optimise performance or fertility, reduce injury risk, restore your menstrual cycle, improve testosterone or sperm health, navigate endometriosis or PCOS, prepare for IVF or egg freezing, or manage perimenopausal changes, Órlaith provides tailored support for every stage of your journey. She also believes food is far more than its nutritional profile - food is connection, pleasure, culture, and community. Her recommendations are always individualised, never “one‑size‑fits‑all”, helping clients rebuild trust in their bodies and develop a more confident relationship with food.'
